Actor Gerald McCullouch, who plays Bobby Dawson on CSI, was the victim of a subway attack over the weekend. Gerald McCulloch was riding the New York City subway, editing a video on his laptop, when a man with a knife tried to take his computer.

McCullouch reportedly punched the robber when he tried to lift the laptop – then the attacker pulled a 10 inch kitchen knife.

Police arrived and arrested the man, charging him with possessing a weapon, robbery and assault.

McCullouch was not injured.
