Court Throws Out Fine for Janet Jackson Super Bowl Halftime Wardrobe Malfunction

Who could forget the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show featuring Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson - and ending with Janet Jackson’s now infamous “wardrobe malfunction”? The Associated Press is reporting that the federal appeals court threw out a $550,000 indecency fine against CBS Corp. for the incident.
Does this mean we’ll be seeing more wardrobe malfunctions on TV?
