Christian Slater Returns to TV in “The Forgotten”

Christian Slater is planning to return to TV in ABC’s “The Forgotten” – he was last seen on the failed “My Own Worst Enemy” on NBC.
“Forgotten” comes from producer Jerry Bruckheimer, and, if Christian Slater’s negotiations go through, will star Slater as a former cop whose 11-year-old daughter was kidnapped.
The Forgotten will air Tuesdays at 10 p.m., beginning September 22.
Christian Slater replaces British actor Rupert Penry-Jones, who played the role in the pilot.
