Chelsea Stone Suing Lost Star Henry Ian Cusick for Sexual Harassment

Chelsea Stone is alleging that Lost star Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond) groped her, among other things, and is suing Henry Ian Cusick for Sexual Harassment.
Chelsea Stone is a former Lost crew member who said in her sexual harassment and sexual battery claim against Henry Ian Cusick that he groped her and made inappropriate sounds and gestures around her. The alleged incident happened on the Lost set on October 2007.
Specifically, Chelsea Stone alleges that Henry Ian Cusick “placed his hand on her buttocks, caressed her back “while making moaning sounds,” and put his face in her chest. Stone also says in the suit that Cusick touched her breasts with his hands and kissed her on the mouth.
Chelsea Stone complained to the production company, but no actions were taken – on October 28, 2007, Stone was fired.
The law suit states that “plaintiff suffered humiliation and severe mental and emotional distress, and suffered injury when by means of her stress Plaintiff miscarried.” Additionally, Stone suffered “physical injuries, physical sickness, substantial losses in earnings” and had additional medical expenses because of the incident.
