Chelsea Handler’s talk show “Chelsea Lately” has been given the go-ahead for years to come – Handler just signed a multi-year contract with E! to do the show through 2012.

The contract is with E! parent Comcast Entertainment, and Chelsea Handler will also have a production company, Borderline Amazing Prods., with a first look-deal with Comcast’s cable networks.
