Well, we finally got over the Bush-Cheney administration’s fixation over nudity. The FCC fine was just reversed by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. If only Bush-Cheney had paid as much attention to regulating Wall Street as to other peoples’ butts, maybe the economy wouldn’t be in the toilet.

What a joke the FCC is. I’m so glad I live in Canada, the CRTC doesn’t have half the rules the FCC does. If it’s after 10pm, you can pretty much show full frontal nudity or somebody’s brains gettng blown out on network TV. First off, there’s nothing wrong with a bare “buttock” on TV. You see just as much on ads all over billboards, etc. Secondly, if they should put a stop to anything it’s the major violence that’s all over TV now. “Make love, not war!!”
