RadarOnline.com is reporting that Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen was arrested and held at Pitkin County Jail, with a source telling the site that Sheen shoved Brooke during an argument.

Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller had reportedly been renting the Colorado home for three months while Sheen stayed in Los Angeles.

Sheen came to Colorado to be with his wife, but the Aspen Police Department arrested him shortly after 11 a.m. today, charging him with felony second-degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor charge.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller were married in 2008; the couple has twin boys.

Sheen must remain in jail until his first court appearance.
