Sorry to report that former “Taxi” and “Grease” star (and Celebrity Rehab patient) Jeff Conaway was hospitalized after a fall in his California home.

Jeff Conaway reportedly fell down the stairs of his home, suffering a broken hip, broken arm, fractured neck and a brain hemorrhage.

Wow, that’s a lot of damage.

Jeff was taken to the hospital and will have surgery for his multiple injuries.
