VH1 has announced the cast for Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew – the latest installment of the reality series won’t air until 2010, however. Celebrity Rehab’s cast includes “One Day at a Time” star Mackenzie Phillips, who just finished her 10th visit to rehab last year, as well as Dennis Rodman, whose recent Celebrity Apprentice appearance revealed the ex-pro basketball star clearly had a problem.

Rounding out the cast of Celebrity Rehab 3: former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, country singer Mindy McCready, former Alice in Chains bassist Mike Starr, “Real World: Hollywood” cast member Joey Kovar, “America’s Next Top Model” contestant Lisa D’Amato and former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche.

Look for Celebrity Rehab 3 to premiere on VH1 in early 2010.
