When the news broke that David Duchovny had entered rehab for sex addiction, immediately rumors flew that he was having an affair (his wife is actress Tea Leoni). In fact, many speculated that he was having an affair with his tennis instructor. According to a friend of David Duchovny’s, there was no affair - but the reason for entering sex addiction rehab is that David is addicted to porn.
FoxNews.com is reporting that David Duchovny’s sex addiction was with online porn, equating it to a gambing addiction where he would be “trapped” in chat rooms.
Woah. David Duchovny, former X-Files star and currently starring in Showtime’s Californication, has entered rehab for sex addiction.

Ah, X-Files fans everywhere are waiting with breathless anticipation for the upcoming X-Files movie (or is it just me… the breathless part, I mean?)

In X-Files movie news: rumors are out there that Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny don’t want to bring an explicit sex scene to the big screen X-Files.
Will Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully be shown in a steamy love scene? One source told Britain’s Daily Express:
“There was one draft of the script where Mulder and Scully have a bedroom scene but it looks like that has been put on hold. David and Gillian are concerned about having the characters involved in some kind of love story, as they feel that was the beginning of the end of the original show. Negotiations are on-going.”
Personally, I would love to see Mulder and Scully re-connect, but I know that’s been a sticking point with some fans. Oh well, sexual tension is always good too!
