Have you seen the Rielle Hunter pictures featured in GQ magazine’s interview with John Edwards’ mistress? According to Barbara Walters on The View, Rielle Hunter was in tears over the pictures that GQ magazine decided to run.

But, um… didn’t Rielle Hunter pose for the pictures? What did she expect? Apparently, Rielle put her trust in the photographer. And we all know how that usually turns out…

Walters asked why Rielle Hunter posed that way then… she said she trusted the photographer and “went with the flow.”

After 29 years, Barbara Walters is getting out of the Academy Awards interview special biz.

Watch the video clip from The View, where Barbara Walters announces that her Oscars specials will end after this year’s Academy Awards.

Walters commented: “ABC has asked me to keep doing these specials as they have been so successful – and I’m thrilled we have such great stars and have such a wonderful show. But to be honest, I feel like I’ve ‘been there, done that.’”

The final Barbara Walters Oscars special will have Walters interviewing Sandra Bullock and Mo’Nique.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck made a major oops during Stanley Tucci’s interview on The View yesterday when Tucci talked about his role in the movie The Lovely Bones.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck questioned whether Stanley Tucci’s wife had seen the film, apparently unaware that she sadly died of cancer in May this year.

Stanley Tucci talked about how his wife had read the book and said of his role, “You can’t do that… And she might have been right, I don’t know.”

When Elisabeth Hasselbeck asked if his wife had seen the movie, he replied “no, no, no” and the conversation continued.

Elisabeth must have had the error pointed out to her, taking to Twitter after the show to write: “It was an honest mistake with Stanley Tucci today & I called him to apologize. He forgave me (such grace)-if only I could forgive myself.”
