
Bob Barker is making a one day appearance on The Price Is Right, which will air April 16. Barker is set to tape his appearance today in an effort to pimp his new book, “Priceless Memories.”
Bob Barker will take part in the Showcase Showdowns and give away his book to audience members at the taping.
Some lucky son of a bitch guessed the exact dollar amount of The Price is Right Showcase Showdown yesterday. Host Drew Carey seems unimpressed.
TV’s most popular game show, The Price is Right, is auctioning off six pieces of their set for charity (Charity Folks). The six pieces are three green door frames with door panels which will be autographed by Bob Barker, two light-up The Price is Right signs, and one “Race Drop” canvas (which was used to hide prizes on the stage). What? No giant wheel to spin in your living room?!

“The Price is Right,” with new host Drew Carey, will have its 36th season premiere on Monday, October 15 (11:00 AM-12:00 Noon, ET; 10:00-11:00 AM, PT). The new season will start out with some exciting wins, as several contestants make some lucky spins on the big Wheel. Drew Carey avoided serious injury recently when he caught his arm in a revolving turntable during filming of ‘The Price Is Right.’ Drew is now back on the set wearing a “soft cast.” His manager says, “He’s fine and everything’s Ok.”
Ian Ziering is reportedly really disappointed that The Price Is Right went to Drew Carey instead of him. He said that for the past month he and his family had been so excited over just the thought of being the one to replace Bob Barker that he was let down to lose out.
