Deadline Hollywood Daily is reporting that there may be life for the canceled CBS series “Moonlight.” Could “Moonlight” find a place on the schedule for Media Rights Capital’s two hours of programming on the CW?
“Moonlight” bosses sent this statement to E! yesterday:

The rumors have become reality! Jennie Garth will join the cast of the new Beverly Hills, 90210, making special guest appearances as Kelly Taylor on the new (and improved?) 90210 spinoff on the CW.
Jennie Garth will play her original character Kelly Taylor — the guidance counselor at West Beverly High.

While no official word has come from The CW, E! is reporting that Gossip Girl will be back for an “extra long” season two to make up for the writers’ strike.
According to E!’s Watch with Kristin, sources say that Gossip Girl is expected to run for 24 episodes for its second season.
