The Biggest Loser 2010 finale came down to Ada, Elizabeth, Frado and Patrick, but in the end, Patrick was the winner for his huge loss, taking home the $250,000 grand prize.

Patrick lost 45.25 percent of his starting body weight; he started the show weighing 400 pounds.

Jillian Michaels is leaving The Biggest Loser… to have a baby. Jillian Michaels has been a trainer on The Biggest Loser for six years now.

Michaels took to Twitter to announce her leaving the series, tweeting: “Season 11 of Biggest Loser will be my last have to finish out my contract.”

The reason for Jillian Michaels leaving The Biggest Loser? According to Michaels, “I want to take a year off TV and focus on becoming a mommy and doing more charity work.”

Michaels had recently shared that pregnancy isn’t possible due to endometriosis and Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome. She told Women’s Health in April that she planned to adopt.

NBC will announce their new trainers on The Biggest Loser this week, promising a “twist.”

Jillian Michaels’ nose job is making headlines, not because we didn’t suspect the plastic surgery, but because she had it done when she was a teen.

Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels talks about how her appearance as a teenager led her to get a nose job:

Michaels explains in Parade’s Healthy Style: “In eighth grade, I weighed 175 pounds and my nose was the size of a softball. Once, I was sitting at lunch and got surrounded by a bunch of kids who let me have it about how ugly I was -— my unibrow, the size of my nose, the fat rolling over my jeans. It was pure hell. My mom had to pull me out and put me in another school.”

Michaels admits, “I had my nose done. I felt much better about myself. Plastic surgery is a very personal decision.”

Jillian Michaels has shared before that she was a fat teen… but now she’s sharing a picture of herself as a fat kid in the July 2010 issue of Redbook magazine.

Inside Redbook, Jillian Michaels, “Biggest Loser” trainer, talks about being overweight as a kid. At 175 pounds she says, “Oh, my God, it was pure hell. I spent all of eighth grade in my classroom because God forbid I ever left. I was terrorized. And karate saved my life. It all stopped the day I broke two boards with a kick.”

Jillian also talks about how people thinks she’s a bitch: “I really don’t have a mean bone in my body! Do you know how easy it would be to tell people what they want to hear? It would be heaven! But, unfortunately, it doesn’t get the job done.”

Now the picture of fitness, Michaels not only is a trainer on The Biggest Loser, but she has her own show, “Losing It With Jillian,” writes books and has exercise DVDs.

So, who won The Biggest Loser 2010? Michael Ventrella was the big winner (or loser, I suppose) for season 9, breaking records by losing the most weight ever in a season, having the heaviest starting weight, losing the most weight in a week, and the fastest to lose 100 pounds.

Michael Ventrella won The Biggest Loser’s 2010 finale, losing 264 pounds and 50.19% of his weight.

Ventrella also won the $250,000 prize.

Michael Ventrella is a 31 year-old deejay from Chicago. His starting weight was 526 pounds.

Ventrella tells People.com: “I thought there was a glitch in the matrix! I thought, ‘What is wrong with the monitor?’ I can’t believe this. I just proved no matter what it is, possibility or not, it can happen.”
