Tune in tonight for Ellen DeGeneres’ variety show, “Ellen’s Bigger, Longer and Wider Show” – TBS at 9 p.m. The video clip above has Ellen answering the audience’s questions. I’m always amazed at how quickly she can think on her feet to pull out hilarious answers.

No Deal for My Name is Earl on TBS

So, this looks like the end of My Name is Earl – what was a glimmer of hope from TBS to pick up the canceled Earl has now been squelched. The TBS deal has fallen through and now My Name is Earl fans will never know what happens when Earl gets through that list!

20th Century Fox released this statement:

“Greg Garcia’s brilliant My Name is Earl kept America laughing for the past four seasons and certainly deserved to continue for many more. While we had hoped to find a way to produce additional episodes for TBS, in the final analysis we simply could not make the economics work without seriously undermining the artistic integrity of the series. As none of us, Greg included, want the show to go out on anything but a high note, we regret that we must put to rest any speculation that Earl will continue. We are grateful to everyone at TBS for their enthusiasm for the series and wish to offer our heartfelt thanks to the cast and crew of My Name Is Earl for their incredible work.”

Valerie Bertinelli to Star in TBS Sitcom

Valerie Bertinelli is returning to the small screen in a new comedy – she’s set to star in a TBS sitcom pilot. The Valerie Bertinelli sitcom does not yet have a working title.

Valerie Bertinelli will play a mother of two who struggles to keep her home and lumber business afloat after her husband walks out on her.

Angelina Jolie Seen Drinking Water at SAG Awards — Pregnant or Thirsty?

You know, when Angelina Jolie arrived at the SAG Awards in that big flowing dress, gossipers went crazy saying that must be confirmation that Angelina Jolie is pregnant (maybe even with twins!).

But now that we have photographic evidence that Anglina Jolie was drinking water at the Screen Actors Guild Awards? Well that just seems to scream that the pregnancy rumors must be true!

After all, how does a celebrity attend one of these snazzy events and pass up booze and champagne? In this photo (seen at PageSix.com), Angelina Jolie is seen with hubby Brad Pitt, sipping water and chatting with Mr. Daniel-Day Lewis.

So, what do you think? Are the Angelina Jolie pregnancy rumors true — or was she just thirsty?

Finally, an award show we can sink our teeth into. Have to admit it was kind of nice to see the stars get dressed up again and hit the red carpet for the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) 2008 Awards.

Looks like “The Sopranos” got some final lovin’ at the 2008 SAG Awards and I’m thrilled to see “30 Rock” and “The Office” get recognized.

Steve Harvey to Show Off Bald Head on Jet Magazine (Includes Pictures)

“The Steve Harvey Show” and “Steve Harvey Morning Show” star (yep, you guessed it – Steve Harvey) is showing off a new look. Steve Harvey has decided to go with a bald headed look and will show it off on Jet Magazine.

Today is the actor and comedian’s 51st birthday and it looks like his website, www.steveharvey.com has been hit hard with loads of traffic once news of his new bald headed look started circulating.

Rumor has it that the “The Original Kings of Comedy” star sports a hair weave/toupee, so it’ll be interesting to see what Steve Harvey looks like au natural.

UPDATE: Pictures of Steve Harvey a la bald head are making the rounds, so I’m including more Steve Harvey bald pictures below. I think it’s a huge improvement!
