Megan Mullally landed a role on the Starz comedy “Party Down,” playing new character Lydia Dunfree.
Lydia Dunfree leaves her small town behind to help her daughter pursue an acting career, picking up a job with the Party Down catering team. If you haven’t checked out Party Down yet, give it a try – it’s easily one of the funniest shows on television – sadly, Party Down’s new season doesn’t air until April 2010.
“Party Down” is one of those great little comedies that it seems like no one is watching – Starz has decided to renew “Party Down” for a second season, and I highly recommend that you give it a look.

Hannah Montana fans can catch the “Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert” on Starz on July 26 at 9 p.m. The 3D version of the “Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert” will air on Starz on Demand and Starz HD on Demand on July 27.
Alexandra Wentworth (or Ali Wentworth, as she’s sometimes known) has been around for awhile, even if people are catching their first glimpse of the actress on Starz new series “Head Case.”
