As the new NASCAR season kicks off today, the entire sport and the 100,000+ fans gathered at Daytona International Speedway, paused on the 3rd lap today, to remember one of racing’s best, Dale Earnhardt. It was 10 years ago this week that Dale was killed during a wreck in the final lap of the Daytona 500, watching his car he owned, driven by Micahel Waltrip and his son, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. finish in front of him.
It was a celeb-packed evening for the annual Celebrity MVP All-Star Game. Former NBA star, Scottie Pippen, as on fire for the game but didn’t capture the MVP title…no that honor went to none-other-than Justin Bieber.
