Here’s an interesting holiday offering – “Clash of the Choirs.” Forget your traditional holiday specials, this one offers up competitive choirs, with Nick Lachey and Michael Bolton going head to head as choir directors. I know, it’s the face-off of the century. Well, that may be a stretch, but the show also promises Kelly Rowland, Patti LaBelle and Blake Shelton, who will each gather a choir of 20 amateur singers from their hometowns.

“Clash of the Choirs” will air live December 17-20 – viewers will vote to eliminate one choir each night. Don’t worry, it’s not all for nothing. The winning choir and the celebrity musician will choose a prize that will help their community.
