Check out the video clip for “The Mellow Show with Jack Johnson” SNL sketch, with Andy Samberg taking on Jack Johnson (throwing out mellow terms like cargo shorts, ultimate frisbee), Bill Hader as Dave Matthews singing chicken panini, Joseph Gordon-Levitt scatting and singing hats as Jason Mraz and Dave Matthews doing his best Ozzy Osbourne.
Andy Samberg has done it again – check out this SNL Digital Short video with Andy and Reba McEntire, called “Two Worlds Collide,” where Samberg is totally oblivious that Reba is a dude. Read the rest of this entry »
Joseph Gordon-Levitt talks about this SNL hosting gig prep in this Late Night with Jimmy Fallon interview video clip. After the jump, it’s JGL vs. Fallon in laser tag! Read the rest of this entry »
Check out the promo video clips for the November 21 SNL – Joseph Gordon-Levitt hosts Saturday Night Live with musical guest Dave Matthews Band. I have high expectations for JGL!
Check out the Rob Schneider radio interview in this video cliep – Rob Schneider gets into a fight with the Wild 95.5 Morning Show when the DJs leave him waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes.
Was Rob Schneider just kidding in this radio interview? He certainly sounds pissed off. Read the rest of this entry »
Behold, one of the weakest SNL Digital Short videos – lots of shots of Fred Armisen opening the bathroom door, elevator door, leaving a building, working out at the gym, etc. – and finding Andy Samberg on the toilet.
Yep, a guy on a toilet “Get out!” sketch… but I’ll give them the ending, because it wraps up pretty funny.
This SNL sketch video – “A Ladies Guide to Throwing a Party” – was one of the few things that January Jones did right on Saturday Night Live. She nails the 50s housewife like it’s her job (see Mad Men) and the fact that it’s a pre-taped piece allows Jones to get it just right, something she had trouble with during any of the live sketches.
What did you think of “A Ladies Guide to Throwing a Party”? A “dash of gin” in the punch was pretty funny, as were the various guest greetings.
Nasim Pedrad turned in a pretty funny Kim Kardashian in this SNL Weekend Update sketch video clip – I’m not sure she’s so good at impersonating Kardashian (her voice isn’t that high, is it?), but the inflection, posing and butt commentary were worth a giggle.
