Sanjaya just sang”Dancing Cheek to Cheek” in a performance that was both bland and appalling. Simon, clearly frustrated that America has allowed this farce to continue rolling through said:

“Let’s try another tactic: Incredible.”

Clearly, not realizing that Simon is trying reverse psychology in the hopes that praise will spell the demise of Sanjaya, the “singer” nearly fell over his own feet in joy that Simon didn’t berate him.

Well, that’s not completely true, but check out Ryan’s hand gesture in this YouTube video from last night’s American idol:

The writers over at GiveMeMyRemote think that Ryan knew what he was doing… And we think they’re probably right. In fact, if you think about it, this season’s American Idol has been chock full of sexual innuendo, whether it’s Ryan and Simon’s subtle gay comments back and forth, or Simon’s “they’re going to be talking about more than you’re singing” comment, the sexual innuendos keep piling up, week after week.

But heck, we love it, because it gives us something to talk about!
