David Beckham, Victoria Beckham Baby Name: Harper Seven Beckham!

David Beckham and Victoria Beckham have announced the baby name: Harper Seven Beckham. Yes, Seven! Reminding us, of course, of Seinfeld!

David Beckham shared the baby name and details on Facebook, writing:

“I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister xx”

Bill Erwin dies of natural causes at age 96. You may recall Bill Erwin for his role as the old man on an episode of Seinfeld – watch Bill Erwin on Seinfeld – as the old man – in this video.

Bill Erwin was on many TV series, including “I Love Lucy,” “Leave It to Beaver,” “Twilight Zone,” “Gunsmoke,” “The Andy Griffith Show,” “Perry Mason,” “Growing Pains,” “Who’s the Boss?” and “Married With Children.” He was last seen on “My Name Is Earl” in 2006.

Erwin is also well known for playing Arthur the bellhop in 1980′s “Somewhere in Time.”

Bill Erwin’s death of natural causes at age 96 is definitely sad news for fans of this fine character actor. Erwin’s performance as the old man on Seinfeld earned him an Emmy nomination.

December 23 marks Festivus, first introduced into pop culture in a 1997 Seinfeld episode, as a holiday created by George Costanza’s father, Frank Costanza.

Jason Alexander lost 30 pounds in 18 weeks… and to celebrate? He’s wearing spandex.

Jason Alexander comments on the weight loss in a statement: “Throughout this campaign, Valerie (Bertinelli) has been taunting me to get into a bikini, or as she calls it, a ‘mankini.’ I thought, forget the mankini, if I lose the weight, let’s take it all off! With every diet I’ve ever tried, the first 10 pounds were always easy, and then they would come right back. Jenny Craig’s program is the first one that helped me reach my goal. So, why not celebrate a little?”

Festivus made its mark on pop culture in a 1997 Seinfeld episode (video above) – and since, there has been a celebration of a “Festivus for the rest of us” every year by some die-hard Seinfeld fans who want to keep the tradition of Festivus alive.
