“Scrubs” stars Zach Braff and Donald Faison reunite for a little “Guy Love, part 2″ in this funny take on the holiday classic “Baby It’s Cold Outside” (video).

It’s nice to see J.D. and his “brown bear” together again… but makes me miss “Scrubs” terribly.

Scrubs, Better Off Ted, FlashForward Cancelled

News that Scrubs, Better Off Ted and FlashForward are cancelled came last night, as reported by EW.com. None of these are surprises, given Scrubs’ and FlashForward’s dwindling ratings over the year, and the lack of promotional love for the awesome Better Off Ted all but sealed its fate.

We reported back in February that it looked like Better Off Ted would be canceled, FlashForward really lost momentum and the revamped Scrubs just never got off the ground.

And in case anyone cares, Alyssa Milano’s new series, Romantically Challenged was also canceled… because it was comedically challenged.

ABC has yet to comment on the cancellations.

Well, it’s over… the new Scrubs has officially been canceled. Tonight, Zach Braff took to Facebook to confirm the Scrubs cancellation.

According to Braff: “Many of you have asked, so here it is: it appears that “New Scrubs”, “Scrubs 2.0″, “Scrubs with new kids”, “Scrubbier”, “Scrubs without JD” is no more. It was worth a try, but alas… it didn’t work. zb”

Is Scrubs Canceled? Donald Faison Cast on CBS Pilot “The Odds”

Will Scrubs be canceled? News that Donald Faison has been cast on a CBS pilot called “The Odds” makes you wonder if Scrubs will be renewed.

On the buddy cop series The Odds, Faison will play a homicide detective… maybe he can rock the badge, but what about that “guy love”?

Word on whether Scrubs has been canceled or renewed should come in May. Is anyone still watching?

“Modern Family,” “Cougar Town,” “The Middle” Renewed for Second Seasons

Great news for three ABC comedies – “The Middle,” “Modern Family” and “Cougar Town” have all been renewed for their second seasons during the 2010-11 season, ABC Entertainment president Steve McPherson announced today.

The bad news? No word yet on the fates of comedy golden child “Better Off Ted” (seriously – watch this, if you aren’t tuning in) and the downer med school edition of “Scrubs.”

This CBS How I Met Your Mother/Frosty the Snowman mashup video is making the rounds today, and while it’s a fairly funny use of Barney’s dialogue, I can’t help but compare it to my favorite, the Scrubs Charlie Brown Christmas.

Zach Braff “I’m Alive” Facebook, Donald Faison “Wind Beneath My Wings” (Video)

Zach Braff took to Facebook yesterday in a video to confirm that no, he is not dead … and yes, the guy who started the Zach Braff death hoax buzz was, in fact, a douche.

Check out Zach Braff’s “I’m Alive” Facebook video, where he says, “I’m here at Scrubs shooting the new Scrubs title sequence which is a little bit like dying, so I guess that was semi-accurate. Also, I would never off myself with pills. If I had to do it, I would do it the way that everyone else would do it—by hitting myself with pots and pans.”

Donald Faison provides some additional comic relief by singing an R&B rendition of “Wind Beneath My Wings,” which is what Zach Braff requested to be sung at his funeral.

Here’s the latest death hoax… a fake CNN.com page was circulating today showing a news story that Zach Braff is dead. In fact, Zach Braff is not dead, though the hoax drummed up enough believers to make “Zach Braff” a Twitter trending topic.

The fake CNN.com page displayed the headline “Beloved Scrubs actor found dead in his home.”

An ABC spokesperson confirmed that Zach Braff is not dead.

The Zach Braff is dead CNN page located at: http://www.chrisbox.com/c/dump/p/braff.html relayed that Braff had died of suicide:

A long loved comedian has taken his own life.

Comedian Zach Braff was found dead inside his 32,000 square foot estate in Beverly Hills, California this afternoon, as an alleged suicide. Beverly Hills police were called to the scene at about 2:00pm EST. today to find the actor with an empty pill bottle at his side.

No further details have been released pending full autopsy results.

Zach Braff is most known for his role as “JD” in the television series “Scrubs”, and his award winning role in the movie “Garden State”.
