Ryan Seacrest and Dick Clark will once again be co-hosting “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.” The legendary Dick Clark suffered a stroke in 2004, when Regis Philbin stepped in to host the New Year’s Eve broadcast. Ryan Seacrest has taken on hosting duties over the past couple of years, with Clark playing a secondary role. With the exception of the year he had a stroke, Clark has been a part of the celebration since 1972. The three-and-a-half hour show will begin at 10PM on December 31st on ABC. Musical guests have not yet been announced.

But heck, we love it, because it gives us something to talk about!
