Ryan tried to trick us out by grouping Jason Castro, Carly Smithson and Syesha Mercado in one group; David Cook, Kristy Lee Cook and Brooke White in another. Then he switched David Cook and Syesah Mercado at the end. Syesha Mercado, Kristy Lee Cook and Brooke White were in the bottom three, but it was Kristy Lee Cook who was sent packing.
Forget that rumor about Ryan Seacrest dating Sunset Tan “Ollie” girl Holly Huddleston — it looks like the American Idol host is moving on to a new girlfriend — Australian singer/actress Sophie Monk.

Ryan Seacrest isn’t the only one on American Idol donating his paycheck to Idol Gives Back — Simon Cowell will also give his paycheck up to the charity.
