Rosie O’Donnell is engaged to girlfriend Michelle Rounds, she announced yesterday.

O’Donnell shared the good news during a commercial break on her show. On Friday, Rosie posted a photo on Twitter of Rounds with the word “love” and later tweeted a link with the caption “happy – in love.”

Rosie O’Donnell and Michelle Rounds met at a Starbucks earlier this year.

O’Donnell was married to Kelli Carpenter previously; they split in 2007.

Is there an Oprah / Rosie feud? No, according to Oprah herself, who took to Twitter to set the record straight.

Sources have been reporting today that Oprah and Rosie have been fighting about Rosie’s show on Oprah’s OWN network, with buzz that a difference in tone has caused a fight between Oprah and Rosie.

Oprah tweets: “There’s no feud between Rosie and me. We haven’t even had a discussion about her new show.”

O adds, “I get so sick of people trying to create fights and feuds when women are in business. Don’t buy into it.”

Rosie O’Donnell may be back on your TV in 2011 – the former talk show host is planning yet another daytime chatfest that’s said to coincide with the retirement of The Oprah Winfrey Show.

Rosie previously hosted “The Rosie O’Donnell Show” and had a gig with “The View,” and is apparently ready to enter the talk show ring again.

So far, nothing has been confirmed about the Rosie O’Donnell talk show, with reports that some ABC stations plan to run local news programs in the Oprah slot.

Rosie O’Donnell’s rep has confirmed that the new girlfriend buzz is true – Rosie O’Donnell is now dating artist Tracy Kachtick-Anders.

Rosie O’Donnell recently confirmed that she had split with longtime partner Kelli Carpenter, who had moved out two years ago.

O’Donnell’s new girlfriend is Tracy Kachtick-Anders, a Texas-based artist who has six children.

Kachtick-Anders launched the non-profit Open Arms Campaign, “to recruit and foster adoptive families that targets the LGBT community.”

Rosie O’Donnell, Partner Kelli Carpenter Heading for Break Up? O’Donnell Talks Split

Over the summer, rumors swirled that Rosie O’Donnell and her partner, Kelly Carpenter, were breaking up. At the time, she denied the split.

But now, she’s hinting in a USA Today interview and on her blog that she and Kelli Carpenter have “issues.”

O’Donnell commented: “We’re a family. We will remain a family forever. And we are working on our issues.”

Rosie O’Donnell and Carpenter were married in San Francisco in 2004 and have four children.

O’Donnell commented: “They’re adorable and wonderful and they are by far a priority. Kelli and I love each other very much and we are working on our issues. Those are the only words I am ever going to say. Ever. And that is something that has been agreed upon by all parties.”

As for a break up, Rosie wouldn’t confirm it in so many words, but did say: “But everything’s fine and everybody’s good and we’re still both raising them together. We will both continue to parent them and we’re friendly and everything’s all right.”

Rosie O’Donnell’s rep says, “There is no truth to this – at all,” in response to rumors that Rosie and partner Kelli Carpenter-O’Donnell have split.

Rosie O’Donnell and her partner, Kelli Carpenter were married in 2004 and have four children.

The reason for the Rosie O’Donnell/Kelli Carpenter split rumor stemmed from work travel, according to her rep: “This is ridiculous. I get this rumor every time Rosie travels for work. Right now she is on tour with Cyndi Lauper.”

Rosie O’Donnell Back to Work on Sirius XM Radio Show

Rosie O’Donnell is getting back to work – but this time it’ll be radio and not TV for the outspoken comedian. Rosie Radio, a news and entertainment radio talk show will begin this fall on Sirius XM Radio.

Rosie O’Donnell was offered the gig after appearing on Howard Stern’s radio show.

Of Howard Stern, Rosie says, “He’s been very encouraging. After I did his show, they called and asked if I was interested. I don’t really listen to radio, so I started thinking about it and listening. I asked if they could possibly do it at my house because that would really make it convenient for me with four kids, and they said yes, so I was like, ‘Wow. Let’s try that.’”

Rosie O’Donnell’s radio show will broadcast from a studio she’s building in her guest house.
