Bret’s rep told Access Hollywood, “This is untrue. My client is not that type of person. He has worked with Miley and Tish on a professional level.”

Tish’s rep also denied the affair rumors: “Not true. There was no affair.”

Yesterday, rumors swirled after a source told Us Weekly that Tish Cyrus cheated on Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus – having an affair with Poison frontman Bret Michaels.

The source told the mag, “It was a professional relationship that turned into something more.”

Star magazine reported: “Billy Ray suspects there’s been something going on between his wife and Bret for a long time.”

Billy Ray Cyrus, apparently ashamed of the whole cheating situation between Tish and Bret, filed for divorce.

Seems it was all just an ugly rumor though.

Bret Michaels told the crowd at a recent concert in Biloxi, Mississippi: “I don’t know if it’s true, but I could possibly be a judge on American Idol.”

While it’s hard to imagine someone else filling Simon Cowell’s shoes, a lot of Idol fans would warm up to Bret Michaels, who’s recent recovery from a brain hemorrhage is nothing short of a miracle.

No judge job offer has been extended to Bret Michaels, so this is far from a done deal… although reportedly Simon Cowell did have some kind words about Michaels as a replacement.

Michaels told People.com, “I was honored that Simon said that, and I would be honored to do it.”

Michaels also rattles off some of his real-world experience that could make him a likely judge: “I’m talking old-school, paying-my-dues experience. I used to move the pool table out of the way to play for people six nights a week, playing five sets a night, where I had to announce the dinner special. I grew up the old-fashioned way. I would have done anything to have a platform like American Idol when I was growing up.”

Bret adds, “I would bring my heart and my soul and amazingly honest and truthful advice. And I would tell them if I thought their chances of making it were really slim — and how to fix that. Because my chances of making it were extremely slim. It’s come from brute determination.”

Bret Michaels says he’s not back 100% but he’s very driven.

In the end, it was Bret Michaels up against Holly Robinson Peete, with Bret Michaels for the win.

Apparently, Michaels wasn’t letting any of his medical emergencies get in the way of a reality show win.

Michaels is receiving outpatient care after a warning stroke put him back in the hospital, according to his rep. Bret does, however, expect to make it to the Celebrity Apprentice finale.

Apparently he’s never heard of taking it easy.

Michaels rep commented, “As far as I know, Bret will be there unless his doctors tell him otherwise. We’re cautiously optimistic that he will attend the finale.”

Doctors also discovered during Michaels’ most recent hospital visit that he has a patent forum ovale – a hole in his heart, which is operable and treatable, according to his doctor.

Neurosurgeon Dr. Zabramski said in a statement: “There is no doubt that the positive Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) is devastating news to Bret and his family. The good news is that it is operable and treatable and we think we may have diagnosed the problem that caused the Transient Ischemic… however we feel it is highly unlikely this is connected to the brain hemorrhage he suffered just a few weeks earlier.”

Michaels suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage last month.

Bret Michaels is to face off against Holly Robinson Peete in the Celebrity Apprentice finale.

Bret Michaels’ “warning stroke” and the heart condition are treatable. Doctors are saying that it’s unlikely Michaels will return for the May 23 Celebrity Apprentice finale or his upcoming May 28 concert date.

A comment from neurosurgeon Dr. Joseph Zabramski is on Michaels’ website: “Without a doubt he is very determined to get healthy and make a 100 percent recovery. Medically speaking it is a fantastic attitude both mentally and physically for him to have. However, Bret’s brain and body are not quite 100 percent yet, especially with the hole found in his heart.”

His rep commented that Bret is “in good spirits, great medical hands and is positive and hopeful that everything is going to be okay.”

Michaels suffered a Transient Ischemic Attack, or TIA – a mini-stroke that causes stroke-like symptoms but doesn’t cause lasting neurological damage.

In the Bret Michaels Oprah interview (video), Michaels says of the hemorrhage, “It just exploded instantly – ran from my temple down to the back of my skull. … I knew something was severely wrong.”

Bret’s interview with Oprah is his first TV interview since he was in the hospital last month.

Oprah asks why he still wore his bandana in the hospital, to which he responds, “I said, ‘If I’m going out, I want to go out rockin’.'”

Bret Michaels hopes to be on the Celebrity Apprentice season finale May 23 and plans to make his concert return on May 28 in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Bret Michaels’ doctor, Dr. Joseph Zabramski, told reporters at the press conference: “Mr. Michaels was indeed a lucky person, a very lucky person.”

Michaels was discharged from the hospital, less than two weeks after he suffered a brain hemorrhage.

Dr. Zabramski noted: “He’s improving and I expect him to continue to improve. I really expect that he will fortunately make a 100 percent recovery. He’s just one of those lucky people – 10 to 20 percent who make a complete recovery and can resume all of their normal activities.”
