Bret Michaels’ Tour Bus Crash – Michaels Involved in Car Accident

Maybe Rock of Love’s Bret Michaels should just stay home. The latest snafu for the Poison frontman? He was riding in his tour bus in Canada when a car lost control and crashed into the bus.

You may recall Brett Michaels getting his face smashed at the Tony Awards just last month.

A statement was posted on Bret Michaels’ web site, saying that when the bus was on its way to St. Paul, Minnesota after performing at a July 4 show at Toronto’s Molson Amphitheater, a car “lost control and slid into the side of Mr. Michaels’s tour bus causing a five car pile-up on the roadway.”

Thankfully, there were no reported injuries.

Bret Michaels’ Tonys accident was more damaging than initially reported – after a set pieced dropped on Bret Michaels during the Tonys at the end of his performance with Poison and Rock of Ages (see video), he had X-rays taken to check for injuries beyond the busted lip and nose fracture he sustained.

Bret Michaels’ spokeswoman reported that he had X-rays, a fractured nose and got three stitches in his lip following the Tony Awards performance. Michaels also received a CAT scan on Monday as a precaution.

Sharon Osbourne is facing the consequences of jumping Rock of Love: Charm School contestant Megan Hauserman – she’s being sued for the attack.

Megan Hauserman has filed a lawsuit against Sharon Osbourne for battery, negligence and infliction of emotional distress.

The incident went down when Hauserman dissed Sharon and husband Ozzy Osbourne.

Oh please, let this be true – Bret Michaels is saying that after Rock of Love 3, which debuts this Sunday at 9 on VH1, he’ll be finished with dating reality shows. But this probably isn’t the last reality show you’ll see him on.

Bret Michaels told the New York Daily News,

“I can never say never, but I’m pretty sure that this kind of show is it for me. I’d like to do a hybrid of it where you come into my real life a little more — like a mixture of ‘Rock of Love’ and Gene Simmons’ ‘Family Jewels.’ I think the ups and downs and sideways of my life would be really interesting for people to see.”

Um. Yeah. Sure.

Brandi Mahon Wins Rock of Love: Charm School

Rock of Love: Charm School wrapped up last night and crowned a winner – Brandi Mahon took the top prize and won $100,000.

Runner-up Destiney Sue Moore didn’t go away empty handed either – she was offered an internship with Daniella Clarke’s company Frankie B. Jeans.
