Jason Rich’s nerves make him forget the words and it looks like he doesn’t have a chance, but after multiple attempts, he pulls it together and makes it through to the Hollywood round. I’m so glad they gave him a few chances to get his nerves in check because he did a really great job on the final try.

Chris Bernheisel, 24, of Fremont, Nebraska is over-the-moon excited to be auditioning for “American Idol 7.” After wanting to audition for seven seasons, but unable to because of the travel cost, Chris Bernheisel is ready to audition.
He brought gifts for Randy, Simon and Paula, as well as pictures of himself with Kelly Clarkson. Chris Bernheisel sang “Since You’ve Been Gone,” but doesn’t have the singing chops to make it through to the Hollywood round.
