
Wow, there’s no denying that Rachael Ray is one hot commodity these days. Food Network has offered Ray a new two-year deal that includes 13 episodes of a new series called “Rachael’s Vacation.” Rachael Ray’s travel show will debut in January 2008.
Of course, something’s got to give – Rachael Ray will only do 60 new episodes of “30-Minute Meals” a year – down from the 80 that she typically does.

Rachael Ray has chosen her cooking contest winner – Jenn Thomas, 25, a floral designer and bartender from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

Rachael Ray, the ever-perky talk show host/”30-Minute Meal” maven, is upset over rumors about her marriage being on the rocks. Ray generally takes gossip in stride, but she told her audience at a recent taping that “this stuff is hurting people’s feelings who are in our families and friends of ours. They worry about us.” She continued, “There’s always someone that’s going to be telling stories behind your back, but this is too much.” The show airs tomorrow.
Regarding her marriage, Ray’s spokesperson said, “Rachael and John have never been happier.”
