Wow, there’s no denying that Rachael Ray is one hot commodity these days. Food Network has offered Ray a new two-year deal that includes 13 episodes of a new series called “Rachael’s Vacation.” Rachael Ray’s travel show will debut in January 2008.
Of course, something’s got to give – Rachael Ray will only do 60 new episodes of “30-Minute Meals” a year – down from the 80 that she typically does.
