Is this a case of fame getting someone off the hook? Lane Garrison, who previously co-starred on Prison Break, is serving time for a drunk driving incident that resulted in the death of a teenager. Now comes word that Lane Garrison may get an early release from his prison sentence.
Lane Garrison was sentenced to over three years of jail time, but he may be released on good behavior as soon as January.

Lane Garrison wants the world to know that he’s learning from his prison sentence for the 2006 vehicular manslaughter incident that killed a 17-year-old passenger and injured another teenager. Lane Garrison, who ironically starred on the series “Prison Break,” is serving 40 months in a California state prison.
Fox’s “Prison Break” returns on January 14 at 8 PM – check out this video promo showing a preview of the remaining shows. Fox has four remaining new episodes to air Mondays through February.
