A US Airways plane crashed into the Hudson River this afternoon after birds disabled the engines. The video clip above shows the plane in the Hudson with passengers being rescued by nearby Ferry boats.

At least one engine reportedly caught fire, while other reports said that two engines were disabled. All 148 passengers and 5 crew members safely got off the plane. Read the rest of this entry »
