Suleman doesn’t seem well suited to be any kind of panelist, but a hosting gig seems like an even further stretch.

No word yet on when the octomom would participate in the show or when it will air on GSN.

Under the reality show deal, Nadya Suleman’s kids will each receive $250 a day to star on the reality show.

Over the course of the three year deal, the 14 kids will receive $250,000: $125,000 for filming 36 days in the first year, $75,000 for 21 days in year two and $50,000 for 14 days in the third year.

Anything beyond that will earn them $250 per day per child. Filming on the Octomom Nadya Suleman reality sereis begins September 1, 2009.

Nadya Suleman’s reality show will document the Octomom and her 14 kids – and no doubt earn her a cool paycheck in the process. That’s a lot of mouths to feed, afterall.

But will anyone tune in?

With controversy surrounding Jon and Kate Plus 8 and a fair amount of dislike for the Octomom and her motives to begin with, it doesn’t appear that she has many fans. Then again, people may be curious and tune in to Nadya Suleman’s reality show just to see what her life is really like.

Nadya Suleman and her reality show will hit TVs later this year – she signed a deal Thursday, according to her lawyer. Suleman’s deal is a “quasi-reality” series that would only document the children’s lives several times a year, so there will be no 24/7 film crew.

According to her lawyer, “[Suleman and the producers] are hoping to have an arrangement whereby several events in the children’s lives would be filmed in a documentary series. One of the events in the children’s lives might be their first birthday.”

There is no title yet for the Nadya Suleman reality show project, nor have details of her payment been revealed.

Nadya Suleman tells Life & Style, “Yes, it is official. I’m going to be doing a show, but it’s not a reality show. What I’m doing with this TV show is basically creating documentaries about the lives of my children. It’s going to be an ongoing thing, and it will follow them from now until they are 18. It’s being done by Eyeworks; they’re in the UK. It will air in the UK and then we’ll see if the US is interested.”

She continued, “The producers will come here to film six times a year. They’ll come by and take some footage and then they’ll go. They won’t be invading my life or my children’s lives… It will give me the opportunity to have incredible home movies that, believe me, I don’t have the time to make myself. Having this documentary crew allows me to focus on raising my children and still have great movies of them.”

Huh… she calls it a “documentary”… but it sure sounds like reality TV.

And now the trademark deal – Suleman filed an application to trademark “octomom,” which she hopes to put on any variety of products. Cha-ching!

The Nadya Suleman reality series was thought to be the latest octo-rumor, but octomom has reportedly negotiated a deal with either a network of online company to run the series.

In Touch Weekly interviewed Nadya Suleman for an upcoming issue, where the new mom says that the reality show deal begins when the eighth baby comes home.
