For the old school Beverly Hills 90210 fans hoping to see Jason Priestley reprise his role as Brandon – well, it ain’t gonna happen. Jason Preistley, will, however, be returning to the small screen as a guest star on My Name is Earl.

It’s fun to see the TV season ramp up and read about all of the fun guest stars on the horizon. This time around, we can look forward to a guest starring gig by David Arquette on My Name is Earl.
Quirky David Arquette will play yet another of Earl’s karmic-fixes – playing small-town stuntman Johnny, who has short-term memory issues due to a past stunt accident. Earl wants to cross Johnny off his list for sleeping with his girlfriend, but I’m guessing the memory loss is going to make this one interesting.
Well, they weren’t in the game for long, but Camden County’s My Name is Earl cast provided plenty of comic relief. God bless ‘em for keeping in character, even if they did lose. The Camden County/My Name is Earl team did get $10,000 for their charity though!
Jenna Elfman is rumored to be joining the cast of My Name is Earl in a guest starring role this fall. She’ll play a cheerleading coach during the first episode of the fourth season.
Since Jenna Elfman is only contracted for one episode of My Name is Earl, I guess it’s pretty likely that she won’t play a new love interest for Earl now that Alyssa Milano is out of the picture.
I’m honestly not sure how I’ve survived these long hard months without new episodes of “The Office,” “30 Rock” and “Scrubs” — but my favorite comedies are back tonight!

NBC has officially announced their 2008/2009 schedule. New shows include My Own Worst Enemy, Kath & Kim, starring Molly Shannon and Selma Blair, Knight Rider (for real – they picked up the series following the success of the February movie!), Crusoe, The Philanthropist, Merlin and Kings.
