Kelly Ripa graces the cover of December’s Fitness magazine – and she certainly doesn’t look like a woman who’s had three kids. Ripa shares some of her fitness secrets, including wearing super tight jeans to give her butt a lift.

For Halloween, Regis and Kelly are planning to go 3-D, being right in your living room. Americans can pick up 3-D glasses from the photo departments of most Walgreens stores.

This morning, on Live With Regis and Kelly, Regis Philbin opened his large yap and ruined Joel Madden’s surprise for Nicole.

“You’re going to present her, maybe, with – did I hear the right thing, or should I not even talk about this?” said Philbin.

“Uh, what?” deadpanned Madden.

“A little ring, or something,” said Philbin.

“I was hoping it would be a surprise, but now –” answered Madden.

Nicole Richie is just so darned cute. Now that she’s put on at least three pound, she’s adorable and she was a guest on Live With Regis and Kelly this morning to promote the latest installment of The Simple Life – I was surprised they didn’t ask her about Paris’ in-and-out jail time (this was shot before the new sentence) but maybe they weren’t allowed.

Regis had some time off so Neil Patrick Harris filled in as co-host. I just want to put him in my pocket and bring him home, that cute, funny little guy!
