The remake of the 1980s “American Gladiators” grabbed 12 million viewers, making it NBC’s highest rated new show premiere since “Heroes” in September 2006.

No, the strike isn’t over (wishful thinking), but Jay Leno and Conan O’Brien are ready to return to TV on January 2 with new shows. According to NBC:
“After two months of repeats, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night with Conan O’Brien will resume broadcasting all-new episodes beginning Wednesday, January 2, 2008. The late night shows suspended production due to the strike by the Writers Guild of America on Nov. 5 and have aired repeats since.” Read the rest of this entry »
