I think I’ve been missing the Comedy Central news boys – Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert – most of all during the writers’ strike. Now I’m forced to watch the real news again.
The good news? Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert will return on January 7!

No, the strike isn’t over (wishful thinking), but Jay Leno and Conan O’Brien are ready to return to TV on January 2 with new shows. According to NBC:
“After two months of repeats, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night with Conan O’Brien will resume broadcasting all-new episodes beginning Wednesday, January 2, 2008. The late night shows suspended production due to the strike by the Writers Guild of America on Nov. 5 and have aired repeats since.”
