I love this Conan O’Brien American Express commercial. Conan says of working with AmEx: “I admire them. They just work with great people like Jerry Seinfeld, Tiny Fey and Martin Scorsese. They let them do what they want.”

Reasons to love American Express even more? They reportedly paid Conan O’Brien more than $1 million for the AmEx ad!

Conan O’Brien tour dates have been announced – Conan O’Brien will do a 30 city theater tour called “The Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour,” beginning on April 12.

Conan O’Brien said about the upcoming tour: “It was either a massive 30-city tour or start helping out around the house.”

Conan O’Brien Stage Revue Show: Coming to a City Near You?

Conan O’Brien is coming back to the public soon… and maybe to a city near you.

Conan O’Brien’s reps confirm that plans are underway to bring Conan to the stage in a “revue” show that would hit some major cities in the U.S. and in other countries too.

Conan can’t appear on TV until after September 1, per the separation deal with NBC, but that won’t keep him from touring theaters.

The show is expected to include both elements of his TV work combined with new material.

Someone on O’Brien’s team noted that there has been “enormous interest from all over.”

There’s no word on which cities he’ll hit or the dates for the Conan O’Brien revue, but news is expected in a few weeks.
