The American Idol 2010 finale reunion of past winners and past Idol finalists to sing “Together We Are One” almost made the two hour results show worth it all.

American Idol winners Kelly Clarkson, Ruben Studdard, Fantasia, Carrie Underwood, Jordin Sparks, Taylor Hicks, and Kris Allen (David Cook had a prior engagement) take the stage to sing “Together We Are One” to Simon Cowell, and then a whole lotta past Idol finalists joined them.

It was fun to point everyone out and was a nice reminder of some of the talented people who have competed on Idol through the years.

American Idol season 8 winner Kris Allen is going to Haiti as part of “Idol Gives Back”… footage of his visit will air on the February 25 American Idol results show.

The American Idol episode is a team effort with the United Nations Foundation – tune in February 25 to see Kris Allen and donate to the relief efforts.

This is part of the “Idol Gives Back” fundraiser that will be part of a larger April 21 special episode of American Idol.

Kris Allen says: “It is heartbreaking to see the devastation that Haiti is currently facing. I am truly honored to be traveling to Haiti to see the UN’s relief efforts firsthand and to help out in any way that I can.”
