Did you tune in Friday night for the Disney Channel original Camp Rock, starring the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato? 8.9 million viewers watched the Jonas Brothers rock out in Camp Rock, beating the debut of the original High School Musical in 2006.

While that sounds impressive, Camp Rock failed to best the 17.2 million viewers that tuned in for the HSM sequel, High School Musical 2.

Camp Rock is the second most watched TV movie of all time… and sadly, I checked it out to see what all the hype was about (and didn’t totally hate it).

Sexy Sesame Street? Well, check out this star power scheduled to appear on the 39th season of Sesame Street, beginning August 11… Jessica Alba, David Beckham, Heidi Klum, Neil Patrick Harris, Sandra Oh, Jenny McCarthy and Dancing With the Stars runner-up Jason Taylor will all stop by and try to educate kids watching Sesame Street.

Other celebs stopping by Sesame Street are Will Arnett as Max the Magician, Feist, and Brian Williams.

Zoey 101 star Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a baby girl at 9:30 a.m. this morning at a hospital in Mississippi. Jamie Lynn Spears and fiancé Casey Aldridge named the baby Maddie Briann.

Jamie Lynn’s big sis, father Jamie and brother Bryan flew in yesterday to be with Jamie Lynn; mama Lynn Spears had already been in Mississippi helping her.

Britney Spears is planning to be with her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, when lil’ sis gives birth… any day now.
