Craig Ferguson addressed the late night rumors flying yesterday in this video clip, reminding viewers “…I just want to assure you of this: I do like to think that we still make the crappiest late night TV show. When all is said and done we will be remembered that… we sucked at the same damn time ever night. Every night join me right here and you will get your regular dose of suck.”
All this buzz about the Jay Leno Show today spilled over into Conan O’Brien territory, with many fearing that Leno would bump Conan off the late night map.
This afternoon, a whirlwind of gossip about the Jay Leno Show being canceled started swirling. Then came rumors that Jay Leno would move to 11:30, bumping Conan O’Brien from his Tonight Show gig.
Okay, I think Adam Lambert has learned his lesson after his racy AMA’s performance, but ABC continues to pull the plug on any Lambert performances. After cancelling Adam Lambert’s Good Morning America gig, now comes news that ABC has axed Lambert’s upcoming Jimmy Kimmel Live and New Year’s Rockin’ Eve appearances too.
