Jason Castro weds, posts updates on Twitter… over the weekend, former American Idol finalist Jason Castro wed his girlfriend, Mandy Mayhall, in Dallas.

Jason Castro announced his wedding on Sunday on Twitter, writing: “Yesterday I married the girl of my dreams… It couldn’t have been more perfect! Now, honeymoooon!!!”

Jason Castro and Mandy Mayhall announced their engagement in November.

American Idol’s Jason Castro Lands Atlantic Records Deal

American Idol finalist Jason Castro has finally landed a record deal. Better late than never, I suppose.

Jason Castro has signed with Atlantic Records; he was the third runner-up during last season’s American Idol, and is best remembered for his performances of Hallelujah and Over The Rainbow.

Jason Castro’s debut album is expected to be released later this year.
