There had been some rumblings that Stern would join the judges’ panel of AGT, but somehow I never thought it would actually happen.

It’s not like he needs the money or the exposure.

To accommodate Stern’s SiriusXM radio program, America’s Got Talent will be moving to New York.

NBC’s president of alternative and late night programming, Paul Telegdy, released the following statement: “Howard Stern’s larger-than-life personality will bring a thrilling new dynamic to ‘America’s Got Talent’ starting this summer. He’s a proven innovator and his track record in broadcasting is truly remarkable. Howard is very passionate about this show and is fully committed to its future success.”

I, for one, can’t wait to see how Stern takes on the judging duties.

As he said on his show, “I take judging very seriously.”

Adrianne Curry was on the Howard Stern Show promoting the Playboy TV special, where she shares some of her sexcapades, including those with husband, Christopher Knight (Peter Brady, The Brady Bunch).

Adrianne Curry also took the Sybian sex machine on Howard Stern for a spin, tweeting: “one @howardstern interview and sybian ride down…few more interviews to go..the sybian changed my fucking life.”

Sammy Hagar has been promoting his tell-all book “Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock,” where he shares what it was like to be abducted by aliens.

Hagar writes: I saw a ship and two creatures inside of this ship… And they were connected to me, tapped into my mind through some kind of mysterious wireless connection.”

Sammy told MTV, “It was real. [Aliens] were plugged into me. It was a download situation. This was long before computers or any kind of wireless. There weren’t even wireless telephones. Looking back now, it was like, ‘F**k, they downloaded something into me!’ Or they uploaded something from my brain, like an experiment.”

Stern also calls Conan “a big dope” for going to the Tonight Show and warns Fallon to never take a deal like that.

Howard Stern and Jimmy Kimmel talk about The Bachelor, who Stern says has the personality of an eggplant.

Talk turns to Charlie Sheen and Stern has an idea for him… Sheen could be on one of Stern’s Sirius radio channels. Stern explains, “We want to put a microphone in your house. Anytime you feel like going on the radio and doing a radio show, we’ll break into our programming and you can have control of the airwaves … Charlie Radio 24 hours a day, because there’s nothing better than that.”

Howard Stern asks Charlie Sheen if he thinks he’s employable still… he’s not worried at all, but says movie offers will depend on his TV schedule.

Stern also asks Sheen about why he pays bimbos for sex, pointing out all the hot women he has access to.

Sheen has nothing but kind words for his ex-wife Denise Richards. He says he’s not interested in getting married again though.

Howard talks with Charlie Sheen about his “goddesses,” Bree Olsen (Rachel) and Natty – Bree is a retired porn star, while Natty is an artist, according to Sheen.

Charlie Sheen also talks about his dad, Martin Sheen, and brother, Emilio Estevez… as well as Jon Cryer! “Is he totally pissed off at you?” Howard asks.

Sheen doesn’t think so and believes Jon is behind him 100%.

Sheen then talks about Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre and CBS, as well as Les Moonves.

Charlie Sheen talks more with Howard Stern, including being engaged to Kelly Preston, his two girlfriends (Stern seems to be fishing for some kinky info) and his war with CBS:

Stern gets him to take some phone calls – one guy says Charlie is his hero and another who calls him a rock star and tells him to keep “winning.” Ugh. Another guy wants to move in with Charlie Sheen, who says “he’s living the life.”

Howard Stern tells Jon Stewart that he wants to have Charlie Sheen on his show – Stern’s folks called him directly and Howard shared how he was sued by CBS and he’s a warrior just like Sheen.

Seems that may do the trick with getting Charlie Sheen on Howard Stern’s show – Sheen may call into the show on Wednesday!

Jon Stewart and Howard Stern talk about who is more insane – Glenn Beck or Charlie Sheen.

Stewart picks Sheen, saying, “I’m going to go with – and again, people may be surprised by this answer – I would go with the guy whose skin you could flake off and smoke like crack. I’m going to go with Charlie Sheen.”

Howard Stern begins by telling Letterman he really wants Dave to beat Jay Leno in the night’s ratings!

Stern also calls Leno “horrible” and says he has no talent, and asks Letterman why he did the Super Bowl ad with Jay, noting, “I didn’t like it.”

All in all, the Howard Stern David Letterman interview was entertaining as you’d expect it to be – Stern has won his fans over a million times, so score another for Howard on this Letterman interview.

Stern fans will no doubt be thrilled by the Howard Stern contract news, as contract negotiations had been looking like Howard’s future was uncertain.

Howard Stern’s contract announcement came this morning while on air. Other Howard Stern contract rumors have included a $600 million Internet deal with Apple.

In the second video, Debbie Gibson talks to Howard Stern and he has a ton of questions for her.

Howard Stern is particularly impressed that Debbie Gibson is dating the doctor because he calls Dr. Rutledge his hero! Gibson and Rutledge met in Los Angles and have been dating for three years.

Of course, Howard Stern has plenty of questions for Debbie Gibson, including her age, weight and how she looks these days (she’s 40, weighs 122 pounds and says she feels better than ever).

Gibson talks about the sci-fi movie she just did with Tiffany, and says she’s still singing.

As for Debbie Gibson and Dr. Rutledge getting married, she tells Stern that they’ve been talking about it and will probably have kids – they may even adopt.

Dr. Rutledge was on Howard Stern to talk about his documentary, 3 Billion and Counting, and work to bring back DDT to take care of bedbugs and other insects.
