It’s no surprise that Nickelodeon is jumping on the popularity of High School Musical by creating their own TV movie for kids — “Spectacular!”
Expect to see some similarities between HSM and “Spectacular!” The Nickelodeon movie is about a sorry high school choir that takes on a rock singer (played by Nolan Funk – great name, right?) in their aspiration to win a cash prize. Read the rest of this entry »
OK, this “High School Musical 3″ movie trailer is a bit of a stretch. There’s nothing new to see here — not even a sneak peek of the third installment of “HSM.”
What a rip! At any rate, I guess Disney wants to get you excited to see “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” — coming in Fall 2008.
Cosmopolitan honored 2008′s fun fearless guys at a special event in New York, and named John Mayer the 2008 Fun Fearless Male of the Year.

Disney Channel’s hit show “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody” is about to get a slight facelift — on the high seas. Up until now, “Suite Life” followed Zack and Cody (played by Cole and Dylan Sprouse) on their adventures in a hotel.
The new series will have the Sprouses on a semester-at-sea program on the SS Tipton (you know, London Tipton, played by Brenda Song?) Phil Lewis (who plays Mr. Moseby) will also return for the spin-off, but one notably absent actor is Ashley Tisdale — she is not expected to appear on “Suite Life on Deck.” Read the rest of this entry »
Those looking forward to the upcoming High School Musical movie should take it all in when the film hits theaters — it’s rumored to be the last of the High School Musical series.
After all, how many more times can they get Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudges, Ashley Tisdale and the rest of the gang together now that their stars are rising so fast.
