The stars of “High School Musical 2” will receive a special Teen Choice award for its record-breaking debut on “Teen Choice 2007″ Sunday, Aug. 26 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.

‘High School Musical’ starring couple Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens have reportedly turned down $1 Million to star in the motion picture adaption of the history making Disney Channel hit.
“Disney is “only offering them $1 million each. Zac and Vanessa aren’t going to do it,” says a Page Six insider.

‘High School Musical 2′ graduated with ratings honors Friday night as the Disney Channel sequel became the most watched basic cable telecast of all time. The highly anticipated movie, starring ZAC EFRON and VANESSA HUDGENS, debuted with 17.24 million viewers.

Vanessa Hudgens made the rounds this morning, promoting High School Musical 2 on three different talk shows. She chatted it up on The Morning Show With Mike and Juliet, Fox and Friends, and on CW11 Morning Show. Busy girl with three shows and three wardrobe changes!
