See where a little trash talking in an interview gets you? In a recent GQ interview, Billy Ray told GQ that Hannah Montana was responsible for “destroying my family.”

On The View, Billy Ray Cyrus clarifies his statement about the Disney series: “Hannah Montana didn’t ruin my family… fame did.”

As far as racy Miley Cyrus pics go, these seem relatively tame. But then again, maybe I’m just used to Miley showing off the goods all the time.

Sources told TMZ that a college student had the Miley Cyrus bong video and contacted Miley’s reps shortly after Thanksgiving. Reportedly, someone was sent to fetch the video – and they gave the student a new MacBook Pro in exchange for the student’s laptop.

There was another student that reportedly made the same exchange too.

Weirdness.

Billy Ray Cyrus took to Twitter to talk about Miley Cyrus’ bong video: “Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. Im so sad. There is much beyond my control right now.”

Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus’ mom, Tish, are currently going through a divorce. Sounds like a lot of stuff is out of his control, but certainly he could have schooled Miley on a few things?

Bret’s rep told Access Hollywood, “This is untrue. My client is not that type of person. He has worked with Miley and Tish on a professional level.”

Tish’s rep also denied the affair rumors: “Not true. There was no affair.”

Yesterday, rumors swirled after a source told Us Weekly that Tish Cyrus cheated on Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus – having an affair with Poison frontman Bret Michaels.

The source told the mag, “It was a professional relationship that turned into something more.”

Star magazine reported: “Billy Ray suspects there’s been something going on between his wife and Bret for a long time.”

Billy Ray Cyrus, apparently ashamed of the whole cheating situation between Tish and Bret, filed for divorce.

Seems it was all just an ugly rumor though.

We wrote about the Miley Cyrus lap dance video back in May, when a video leaked online of a then 16-year-old Miley giving her “The Last Song” producer Adam Shankman a lap dance and grinding up against the 44-year-old So You Think You Can Dance judge.

Naturally, parallels between her behavior there and her racy new video, “Who Owns My Heart” are being drawn.

The president of the Parents Television Council thinks so, saying that Miley Cyrus’ racy new video, where she’s seen grinding in a club, in her panties in one part and blindfolded on a bed, is “unfortunate.”

Tim Winter, president of Parents Television Council says: “It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one. It sends messages to her fanbase that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point. Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fanbase so rapidly.”
