The new Grey’s Anatomy spin-off will air a two-hour episode in May, and at the moment the working title is Private Practice. So far the cast is as follows:

Kate Walsh (Dr. Addison Montgomery), Timothy Daly (Pete), Taye Diggs (Jackson), Amy Brenneman (Violet), Chris Lowell (Dell), Merrin Dungey (Naomi), Bellamy Young (Kathy) and Jane Clark (Nurse).

Kate Walsh will not appear on two episodes of Grey’s when Addison takes a temporary leave of absence from Seattle Grace and decides to take a road trip to Los Angeles to visit some old med school friends; that’s where the spin-off will pick up.

Guess who’s going to be gettin’ it one before the season’s over!

Justin Chambers, who plays the doctor we love to hate but secretly love, Alex Karev on “Grey’s Anatomy” was playing his other important role on Easter Sunday – the role of husband and father. He was seen with his beautiful family attending church service in L.A.

Ever wonder why the romance between Addison and Alex was squashed almost immediately on Grey’s Anatomy? I know I did because I thought that would have been hot. According to TV Guide:

I hear the brakes were put on Addisex the moment it was decided that Justin Chambers wouldn’t be following Kate Walsh over to Grey’s 2.0. The thinking being: no sense in getting viewers even more invested in Addisex if only one of ‘em is returning to Seattle Grace next season.

Well that sucks!
