Since hosting “Deal or No Deal,” Howie Mandel is definitely back on his game! For awhile there, he sort of faded from the spotlight, but looks like the game show host is now in hot demand for his own sitcom.
And not just any old scripted sitcom — Howie Mandel will executive produce and star in a new unscripted NBC show that will capitalize on his improv abilities. Howie Mandel even gets his name in the show’s title: “Howie Do It.”
Sounds like Celebrity Family Feud is a go — and the first order of business is securing Al Roker as host. You know, you’re friendly Today show weather man?

Looks like “The Moment of Truth” is a ratings winner — after just two showings of the tell-the-truth game show, Fox has ordered 13 additional episodes.
With an “American Idol” lead-in, the numbers have been impressive, making “The Moment of Truth” the season’s top-rated new show.
“The Moment of Truth” is casting more people to sit in the hot seat because a bunch of folks who had signed on decided to jump ship. I guess getting caught in a lie on national television didn’t sit well with them?
Did you catch “The Moment Of Truth” last night on Fox? Eh, kind of interesting, but a little slow-moving in my opinion. The first victim… er… contestant was Ty Keck, an ex-football player and now personal trainer. The questions reveal an awful lot about the contestants and all they need to do is tell the truth to get the payoff.

“Jeopardy!” host Alex Trebek, who suffered a minor heart attack last week, is back at home. Alex Trebek was released from the hospital on Saturday and plans to return to the studio January 14 to tape the Teen Tournament of “Jeopardy!”
