Well folks… we were holding out hope that news of Ken Ober’s death was merely the latest celebrity hoax – but sadly, it’s been confirmed that Ken Ober is dead. Ober was 52.

Ken Ober, best known as the host of MTV’s Remote Control, died on Sunday, reportedly found in his apartment. The cause of death is not yet known, but Mark Measures, an agent at Abrams Artists who worked with him, confirmed the sad news. Read the rest of this entry »

Ken Ober dead?
Oh my… I read that Ken Ober is dead? Ken Ober, he of the amazing MTV game show “Remote Control”… is rumored to have died, found dead in his apartment over the weekend.

Is Ken Ober dead? Or just the victim of the latest death hoax? Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and Zach Braff have all been victim of this recently, but so far, no confirmation on whether the Ken Ober dead/death rumor is true or not.

Bob Barker is making a one day appearance on The Price Is Right, which will air April 16. Barker is set to tape his appearance today in an effort to pimp his new book, “Priceless Memories.”

Bob Barker will take part in the Showcase Showdowns and give away his book to audience members at the taping.

Opportunity Knocks
Did anyone actually watch “Opportunity Knocks,” the Ashton Kutcher-produced ABC game show? Opportunity Knocks was canceled after just three episodes, with its last episode only grabbing 5.2 million viewers.

At least it didn’t make TV Crunch’s 25 Worst Game Shows list.
