With all of the 2008 Super Bowl XLII coverage today, I’m beginning to wonder if the Super Bowl is ever going to start. Since when does Super Bowl television coverage occupy a whole day? With pre-show stuff going on, one has to wonder if we’ll ever make it to Super Bowl kickoff time.

Get ready for the New England Patriots vs. the NY Giants tonight on Fox, with the Super Bowl beginning at 6 PM (ET) and kickoff going down at about 6:20 PM (ET) (although some sites say 6:18, so tune in early!). And if you live in another time zone, that’s 5:20 Central time, 4:20 Mountain and 3:20 PM Pacific.

Have you seen the Manning Oreo cookie commerical that premiered yesterday? Peyton Manning and brother Eli Manning are taking on the challenge of the Oreo Double Stuf Racing League. Finally, someone is tackling (get it, tackling?) those intense Double Stuf Oreos!
Check out this Manning Oreo commercial video for all the fun. Even mom and dad Manning make an appearance!
