Erin Andrews Peephole Video Online Again

Poor Erin Andrews. The Erin Andrews peephole video pictures have made their way online again, despite Andrews’ best attempts to have them removed.

You may recall last year when news of the Erin Andrews peephole video first made headlines. A stalker had taken video footage of Erin Andrews – nude – through a peephole at a hotel. He has since gone to prison.

But the website The Dirty has made pictures from the Erin Andrews peephole video available online again, despite Andrews’ lawyers sending the site a cease and desist letter to have photos removed.

To add salt to the wound, the website posted the Erin Andrews peephold pics with the following: “Erin Andrews, can you ask your lawyers if this is the post they want me to take down because I am confused? Welcome back to reality… your fault.- nik.”

What an ass. Sounds like Erin Andrews’ lawyers have some work to do.

Roger Clemens Indicted, Charged with Perjury in Steroids Case (Video)

Roger Clemens was indicted today and charged with perjury in a 2008 steroids case, where Clemens allegedly lied to Congress about using steroids and growth hormone.

The ESPN video clip has more details about Roger Clemens indictment – he has been charged with obstruction of Congress, making false statements and perjury.

If convicted, Clemens faces up to 30 years in prison for the charges and a $1.5 million fine.

It doesn’t pay to use steroids. Or to lie about it.

Is Brett Favre retiring? Yes, it’s the third time… but buzz that Brett Favre may retire looks like it will be a sure thing (video).

Brett Favre has informed the Minnesota Vikings of his decision not to return for a second season, as well as sent text messages to teammates saying, “This is it.”

So far, Brett Favre has not confirmed publicly that he has retired. Look for a “Favre retires” statement or announcement later today (video).

ESPN reporter Erin Andrews’ peephole pictures and hotel video have been leading search trends for days, but be aware that in addition to this violation of privacy by a peeping tom, people trying to download the video online may have gotten a computer virus in the process.

This Early Show video piece gives the background on the Erin Andrews peephole pictures – Andrews was videotaped nude as she changed her clothes in a hotel room – as well as the subsequent Trojan horse virus that people trying to download the video online may have encountered.

Erin Andrews’ attorney and ESPN have had the video pulled from sites, including YouTube and NSFW POA, but the search for these peephole pics and video are still in hot demand.

Users trying to download the Erin Andrews video may have encountered a message that said “Your popup blocker has blocked access to the Video Player. To view your video, please launch the Live Video Player below.”

Clicking on the button to launch the player linked to a virus.

Erin Andrews is taking legal action against the person(s) that took the hotel video footage.

Danica Patrick made history at the Indy Japan 300 — becoming the first woman to win an IndyCar race. Check out this emotional video clip of Danica Patrick’s IndyCar win.

Danica Patrick finished just 5.8594 seconds ahead of Helio Castroneves, taking the lead from Castroneves on the 198th lap of the 200-lap race.

Danica Patrick commented, “It’s a long time coming. Finally. It was a fuel strategy race, but my team called it perfectly for me. I knew I was on the same strategy as Helio and when I passed him for the lead, I couldn’t believe it. This is fabulous.”
