ER adds new cast members
ER will have four new cast members when the show returns for its final season this fall. Shiri Appleby, Julian Morris, Emily Rose and Victor Rasuk will all join the cast of ER as new interns.

Shiri Appleby and Julian Morris will play siblings Daria and Andrew Wade. Emily Rose will play ambitious intern Tracy Martin, while Victor Rasuk will play nervous intern Ryan Sanchez. Read the rest of this entry »

This “ER” casting news isn’t too shabby — Oscar nominee (and Golden Globe winner) Angela Bassett will join the final season of “ER,” playing an attending with a “troubled past.”

NBC Announces 2008/2009 Lineup Schedule

NBC has officially announced their 2008/2009 schedule. New shows include My Own Worst Enemy, Kath & Kim, starring Molly Shannon and Selma Blair, Knight Rider (for real - they picked up the series following the success of the February movie!), Crusoe, The Philanthropist, Merlin and Kings.

So, the buzz last week was that George Clooney would make an appearance as Dr. Doug Ross during ER’s 15th season. According the the Hollywood hottie, he is not planning to return to the series that made him a household name.

George Clooney told Entertainment Tonight Canada, “No, never — we never even talked about it. No one has ever asked me. It’s the funniest thing. The story came out, and I was like ‘Where did that come from?’ It was everywhere — I mean in one day!” Read the rest of this entry »

Rumors have been swirling that “Spider-Man” star Kirsten Dunst (who once graced the small screen on several episodes of “ER”) checked into a rehab program.

Entertainment Tonight has confirmed that Kirsten Dunst has checked into rehab at the Cirque Lodge clinic in Utah. Looks like a revolving door for celebrities at Cirque Lodge — Eva Mendes reportedly checked out yesterday, and Lindsay Lohan enjoyed a stay there last year.

Kirsten Dunst was reportedly in tears when she checked in.
